Ulla Välk is currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands where she works analogue using traditional mediums (mostly pen and ink and watercolor).
In addition to making art, she also pursues a questionable career as a personal assistant to her small human and their ginger cat. Children’s illustration holds a special place in her heart as it allows to combine her love for nature, silly kids, and fantastic storytelling.
